Crossover Health Services (CHS) envisions a Christian healthcare movement where faith, strong relationships, and shared resources drive community restoration and eliminate health disparities. We believe that healthcare is a right, not a privilege and that every individual should have the opportunity to thrive. Our goal is a future where healthy individuals and strong families lead to thriving institutions and peaceful neighborhoods in our community.

CHS Values:

  • Relocation: Our medical professionals become embedded neighbors, fostering trust and understanding within the community.
  • Reconciliation: Our service and interactions dissolve racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic barriers, leading to a more unified community reconciled to one another and God.
  • Redistribution: We intentionally use our skills, knowledge, networks, and resources to empower and uplift our neighbors.
  • Servitude: Treating each patient with care and compassion. Promoting health by striving to fully understand each person’s thoughts and feelings about the underlying causes of illness. (Mark 10:45)
  • Equipping: Identifying each individual’s strengths and providing the tools that will enable them to find a meaningful place in the community. (Ephesians 4:12)
  • Unity: Demonstrating how followers of Jesus can come together to make a difference in the health of our community, providing an environment where members of many parts of the Christian community can contribute their unique gifts and talents (1 Corinthians 1:10).
  • Excellence: Striving for excellence in the care and services we provide. We desire to provide quality healthcare services to the underserved in a distinctively Christian context. (Colossians 3:23)
